The 3rd generation Motion Pro Revolver REV3 variable rate throttle system is a motorcycle throttle kit designed for use with stock throttle bodies. It allows throttle response to be adjusted for different riding conditions and rider preferences by using interchangeable reels, with smaller reels providing slower throttle action and larger reels providing faster throttle action. The included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response preferred by some riders.

Installation Notes

The stock twist throttle assembly on this model incorporates an on/off switch, mode switch and starter button

The Motion Pro 11-0098 accessory switch only has an on/off switch and starter button, and cannot be used to replace the original switching functions on the stock throttle assembly

To install the REV3 kit and retain all necessary switching functions, this model requires longer aftermarket handlebars, at least 50 mm longer than stock on the right side, with the stock throttle assembly mounted behind the REV3 throttle housing

The stock twist throttle assembly can be modified to remove the throttle reel holder portion, leaving only the necessary switches, making it narrower and requiring less handlebar space

In some situations, the REV3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar

Some installations may require other control components on the stock handlebar to be moved, the REV3 throttle tube and grip to be shortened, longer aftermarket handlebars to be installed, or all of these measures

The end user must determine the best method for fitment and ensure that the REV3 kit is installed properly with the correct clearances for safe operation
