YOU ARE JUST PURCHASING THE BLOCKS, NOT THE SWINGARM

Precision-engineered from 6061 T6 aluminum, these CNC-machined swingarm extension blocks offer superior weldability. While 7075 aluminum is stronger, 6061 provides the ideal balance of strength and ease of welding for a secure, reliable installation.

Designed to extend the swingarm by 70mm, these blocks were originally developed for KTM-based sidecars by TAG-Z Motorsports. They are also widely used by dune riders for improved stability on high-power bikes and in hill climb applications.

Compatibility:

• Fits KTM EXC & EXC-F PDS swingarms from 2024-2025 OEM Reference: A49004230144A


• Will not fit linkage swing arms

Installation Requirements:

• Requires cutting the swingarm and welding the extension blocks into place


• Must be installed by a skilled fabricator


• Full preheating of both the swingarm and extension blocks is essential for a proper weld

• Additional charges will be applied for cleaning and stripping the swing arm if not supplied clean and bare.
