Typical application: motorcycle throttle cables. Supplied with 5 metres of conduit, with a black PVC cover. The conduit is supplied with 5 meters of low friction Teflon liner, already fitted in the outer conduit and 5 meters of 1.5mm o.d inner wire. A range of nipples and high quality fittings are included. The ferrules
and bends are a snug fit on the conduit. They can be bonded in place during the assembly or retained with a small centre punch indentation to their side. The fittings can be adapted for a range of models. There are enough fittings in the kit to make at least five lines. Additional fittings, conduit and wire can be purchased separately as required. You will need a basic soldering kit to solder the nipples in place. Check our Resources section for instructions on making up your cable. 5m of inner and outer cable, nylon liner and sufficient fittings for several cables. Ideal for the active
workshop servicing a wide range of customer needs.
