This Tensilite® Titanium Exhaust Valve is designed as a direct OEM replacement for Kawasaki KX250F models from 2017 to 2019. Forged from U.S.-milled titanium and coated with CrN using PVD technology, this valve offers superior tensile strength, wear resistance, and thermal stability. Precision-ground and fully CNC machined, it maintains exact OEM dimensions while exceeding OEM durability standards. Compatible with factory spring kits, it is also suitable for performance builds when paired with KPMI’s lightweight racing spring kits.
