This dirt racer clutch kit from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and cork-lined, aluminium/alloy-impregnated friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel driven plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road motorcycle clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Features

• Anti-swell, aluminium/alloy-impregnated friction facings to improve heat resistance and reduce plate swelling


• Modified plate flanges to help reduce clutch basket wear (“dogging”)


• Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15% to improve clamping force


• Factory measured stack height to reset clutch pack to as-new specification


• Friction plates should be pre-soaked in engine/drive-case oil before installation


• Not for use with 100% synthetic oil
