Custom RK-TEK Performance Heads & Inserts

Special-order RK-TEK configurations for riders who need a setup outside our normal UK-stock specification.

Our stocked RK-TEK heads and inserts are configured for UK fuel and UK altitude. This custom-order service allows us to order a different RK-TEK specification to suit your bike and intended use.

Custom options can include

• Riding profile: Enduro / woods, MX and other RK-TEK profiles where available for your application.
• Fuel: specification to suit the fuel/octane available in your country.
• Altitude: configuration to suit your normal riding elevation.
• Bike: make, model, engine size and model year.
• Application: TBI, TPI, carburettor and other supported RK-TEK applications.

How to order: Select either Insert Only or Billet Head + Insert. Please add your bike make/model/year, riding type/profile, fuel octane/type and normal riding altitude/elevation to the order notes. If anything needs confirming before manufacture, SMX Offroad will contact you.

Not every combination is available for every motorcycle. We will confirm the specification with RK-TEK before the custom order is produced.

Special order item: Custom configurations are ordered specifically to your requirements and are not held as normal UK stock. Shipping is charged at checkout. Fulfilment may be via SMX Offroad or direct from RK-TEK where arranged.

RK-TEK performance

RK-TEK's patented head and insert designs are developed to improve squish action while keeping compression in check, with the aim of producing a wider, smoother and more linear torque delivery. RK-TEK states that its supported head configurations do not require ECU remapping.
