BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SIGHT GLASS GASKET 18mm

This 18 mm reservoir sight glass and gasket is a replacement assembly for motorcycle master brake cylinders, restoring visibility of the brake fluid level while sealing the reservoir opening. It is intended for universal use with many motorcycle master cylinders, including older Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Harley-Davidson applications, as well as dirt bikes. Compatibility must be confirmed against the master cylinder design and sight glass aperture before installation.

Installation Instructions

• Drain the brake fluid and clean the reservoir thoroughly


• Remove the old sight glass, metal retaining ring and rubber gasket


• Insert the new rubber gasket into the sight glass aperture


• Gently press the sight glass into position, ensuring it remains aligned


• Protect the sight glass face with a soft cloth and lightly tap it into place until flush


• Refill the reservoir with the correct brake fluid


• Bleed the braking system and check for leaks and correct operation before use
