This heavy-duty tie rod kit is designed as a stock-length replacement for Honda Pioneer 1000 and 1000-5 models, providing enhanced durability with swaged tie rods made from 4142 chromoly steel alloy. It includes hardened steel monoball tie rod ends and a complete tie rod assembly engineered for quick, no-hassle installation. The kit allows for on-the-fly adjustments and is compatible with OEM rack and pinion part number 53840-HL4-A01. SuperATV tie rod ends are constructed from 4130 chromoly steel and are compatible only with SuperATV heavy-duty tie rods. A 1" wheel spacer is required for models using 12" wheels.
