CLUTCH KIT 2005-2012 KTM 250 SX-F EBC DRC163

This dirt racer clutch set from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road motorcycle and ATV clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Features

• Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated friction facings to improve heat resistance and reduce plate swelling


• Smooth clutch take-up with controlled modulation for competition use


• Pin-planished steel plates to improve oil spread across clutch surfaces


• Heavy-duty clutch springs stiffened by around 10–15% to help reduce slip under load


• Friction plates should be soaked in drive-case oil before installation


• Not for use with 100% synthetic oil
