Hylomar Hylotyte Red is a semi-hardening gasket compound supplied in a 40 ml tube. It seals flanged and threaded joints, including joints with pitted, corroded or roughly machined surfaces, while allowing the joint to be dismantled for servicing or repair.

Features

• Fills gaps on uneven mating surfaces.


• Helps prevent corrosion between dissimilar metals.


• Suitable for aluminium and alloy cylinder heads.


• Resists petrol, oil, steam, water, antifreeze solutions and dilute acids.


• Apply to clean, dry surfaces and allow a few minutes for the solvent to evaporate before closing the joint.
