The LiteLoc™ Rim Lock is engineered to securely fasten tyres to rims, particularly in off-road motorcycles and applications utilising low tyre pressure. Constructed from a proprietary high-strength nylon composite, this one-piece moulded design offers exceptional lightness and impact resistance. The unique contoured shape safeguards the inner tube from abrasion and reduces heat build-up, while the angled and tapered ribs ensure a firm grip of the tyre to the rim. Testing indicates that these rim locks are 10 to 20 percent stronger and more impact-resistant than cast aluminium alternatives, at only half the weight. The LiteLoc™ Rim Lock includes an aluminium LiteLoc™ rim lock nut and bevelled washer for enhanced security and ease of installation.
