CLUTCH KIT 2002-2005 YAMAHA YZ125 EBC DRC085

This dirt racer clutch set from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road motorcycle and ATV clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Features

• Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings to improve heat resistance and reduce plate swelling


• Designed to allow modulation and reduce snatch compared with paper-type friction materials


• Pin-planished steel separator plates to improve oil spread across clutch surfaces


• Swaged aluminium carriers to spread load across the clutch basket and help reduce basket “dogging”


• Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15% to maintain clamping force


• Not for use with fully synthetic oil
