CLUTCH KIT 2005-2006 KAWASAKI KFX400 EBC DRC137

This dirt racer clutch kit from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road ATV and motorcycle clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

• Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings for smooth engagement and improved heat resistance


• Designed to allow modulation and reduce snatch compared with paper-type friction materials


• Steel separator plates included to help maintain correct stack height and reduce oil contamination from plate wear


• Swaged aluminium carriers to spread load across the clutch basket and help reduce basket “dogging”


• Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15%


• Not for use with fully synthetic oil
